Serial Control Protocol

This is really a brain dump of commands I'd like to support.

siren on | off

Turn the piezo sounder and strobe light on or off.

lights on | off

Turn the front lights on or off.

forward [distance]

Move distance forwards in centimeters.

back [distance]

Move distance backwards in centimeters.
