Siren

This is something I'm sure the Mars Exploration Rovers  had no requirement for, but I've added one because I had a spare piezo siren sitting around. It is rather loud and will ensure no one misses the robot should I send it off exploring up the local cycle path. It can be switched on and off via the I/O board and is powered via the associated relay board.
