Engine Checklist

There is a fairly comprehensive list of parts required when sourcing the engine:

Engine
Air box with sensor
Fuel injection rail
ID Caps (spark plug caps that replace the ignition coils)
ECU
Main wiring loom + all sensors
Ex-up motor
Tilt sensor
Gear change lever
Starter/alternator
Starter leads + relay
Rectifier
Engine mounting boltsd
Thermostat housing + pipework
Ignition switch/starter button ?
Paperwork with proof of mileage
Receipt with engine number on it
The engine mounting bolts (including two which are 22cm long). Make sure these are complete with nuts from the ends as they are a fine thread pitch.
The manifold nuts (studs should still be in place).
